You can save any search criteria as a folder as well, so you can keep track of work items
easily.
Using the same interface as searching, you can create rules that control the work flow of work
items to make sure they are handled properly. You can modify all the drop-down lists in the
system which makes the rules and work flow more customizable and powerful.
